The degree of process automation can be selected as desired, from partial to full automation. The control and the electronic components enable a high level of process control and a wide selection of operating modes.

The ADASTRA model is controlled by a PLC automatic controller via a touch panel, where the user has the option of choosing to set the drying curve according to our recommendation or to determine or set the drying curve himself (by setting different parameters at several intervals and the duration of each interval).

The user also has the option of regulating the fan speed inside the drying chamber and setting and recording drying curves for over 200 different types of food.

Moreover, users can directly monitor a diagram of temperature change and relative humidity inside the drying chamber, as well as the current consumption (consumption diagram) during each drying cycle.

And most importantly, you can follow the drying process and operate the dryer via a mobile phone.
